Los Angeles, CA – On November 16, 2017, the Executive Outreach Committee presented on best practices on managing behavioral health populations at Barlow Respiratory Hospital. The program introduced different health services and community programs available to manage complex behavioral health patients within the local healthcare system. The speakers showed some examples of collaboration between hospitals, social services organizations, mental health agencies, and health plans to effectively manage the vulnerable population.
