
WHAT IS PATHWAYS?
Developed collaboratively by Health Care Executives of Southern California (HCE So-Cal) and Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), the PATHWAYS program educates early careerists and healthcare professionals about key health policy issues and prepares them for our changing healthcare industry.
How Does the Program Work?
This program provides an opportunity for participants to connect with senior industry leaders and academic experts throughout a series of three to four comprehensive sessions. The two-hour sessions will be held in varying locations across Los Angeles from 6 PM – 8 PM. The program is a combination of expert speaker presentations and interactive cohort participation.
Who Can Participate?
Early Careerists who are nominated by a leader or mentor are eligible to participate. Self-nominations are also welcome. The program is limited to the first 40 participants who are nominated. First-priority consideration will be given to early careerists who are active ACHE/HCE members.
How Much does the Program Cost?
The sponsorship fee is $120.
When are the Application Fees Due?
Applications are due by October 25th.
